We are looking for a Community Lead for the brand 12 STOREEZ.
About the role:
Maintaining the perfect external condition of office and store premises, creating an atmosphere of coziness and care that reflects the brand's values.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the order and aesthetics of the office, the organization of office life support, taxi and travel services, and maintain high standards.
- Be responsible for organizing the workspace for all employees (offices in Russia, China, Kazakhstan, other locations in the future, remote workplaces).
- Lead the community team (3 people) and the Travel manager (1 person).
- Interact with landlords, suppliers, partners, including the processing of primary documents.
- Participate in the analysis and implementation of improvements in office life.
- Organize and support office events.
Candidate Profile:
- Relevant work experience of 5+ years.
- Experience working with premium, luxury brands with high demands on the aesthetics and comfort of the office space.
- Management experience.
- Experience with analytics, budgets, dashboards. Ability to digitize processes.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Good taste, sense of style, interest in the fashion industry.
