LIT ENERGY is an energy drink brand from multi-million follower blogger Mikhail Litvin.
Currently, we have partners in 78 regions of the Russian Federation and CIS countries, and we are achieving super sales in federal retail chains and traditional retail channels. We have very ambitious goals, planning to enter the TOP-3 energy drink brands in the Russian Federation.
What you will do:
- Manage the full range of marketing department documentation — contracts, deeds, invoices, purchase requisitions, reconciliations. Monitor the signing, deadlines, and closure of each document.
- Work with contractors — collect closing documents, monitor payment deadlines, perform reconciliations, and resolve operational issues.
- Manage purchase requisitions — from submission to approval and execution.
- Control budgets — maintain and update budgets for all department projects, monitor actual performance against plan, and promptly escalate deviations.
- Maintain a unified calendar of department activities — all deadlines, photo shoots, releases, and launches in one place and kept up-to-date.
- Track tasks in Bitrix — assign, monitor statuses, and escalate overdue tasks.
- Provide operational support to the marketing team.
What we expect:
- Experience as a coordinator, operations manager, or assistant in marketing will be a significant advantage.
- Proficient in 1C, Bitrix24, or similar task management systems.
- Experience in managing documentation — contracts, deeds, requisitions, reconciliations. You know how it works and are not afraid of accounting.
- Ability to handle a large volume of tasks without losing track of anything — structure and attention to detail are mandatory.
- Independence — you don't wait to be told what to do; you see what needs doing and take initiative.
