A network of restaurants and the Schastye chocolate factory is looking for an Online Store Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Developing a company development strategy for the online store, aimed at its growth, increasing market share, and improving turnover and profit (online store, not related to e-commerce);
• Operational management of the department: defining the organizational structure, responsibilities, and powers, developing motivation systems;
• Participation in annual budgeting;
• Managing cost items (P&L);
• Organizing research to assess market capacity, analyze market trends, and competitor activity;
• Developing and implementing content standards;
• Managing and controlling pricing;
• SEO;
• Team leadership;
• Working in cross-functional projects and teams that affect business efficiency.
