What you will be doing:
- Developing and implementing a growth strategy for the branded retail network (23 showrooms);
- Managing the direction's budget: planning, execution control, cost optimization;
- Implementing and auditing retail design standards and operational processes;
- Evaluating team performance, building a training and development system;
- Coordinating cross-functional processes with marketing, logistics, and finance;
- Preparing analytical reports for the Board of Directors — on sales, profitability, and plan fulfillment.
Candidate expectations:
- Strategic planning and forecasting of retail network growth — from concept to scaling;
- Deep understanding of the branded retail model: standards, customer experience, operational efficiency;
- Experience in launching and scaling stores in different regions — with quality and profitability control;
- Team leadership: building, motivation, leader development, KPI management;
- Cross-functional management: synchronization with marketing, logistics, finance, legal processes;
