Any-home, a premium custom brass furniture manufacturer, is seeking a CEO.
Any-Home is a manufacturer of premium custom brass furniture. They have their own production facilities, a showroom in Moscow, and clients including leading design bureaus and private customers with high standards. They operate in the premium segment and plan for active growth. They are looking for someone to lead this growth.
About the Role:
This is not a "desk job". Your task is to build a functional system and a team that delivers results. You are not above the process: you are involved, you set the bar by personal example, and you are the first to pick up the phone in a difficult situation. You are a captain, not a general.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Sales and Partners — build channels through design bureaus, personally manage key relationships, control the pipeline and the sales department's performance.
- Team and Hiring — build a strong team, fill vacancies, conduct 1-on-1s, help people grow. The team works because they understand the goals and see your example.
- Production — projects are delivered on time, quality meets premium positioning, the client never learns about a problem before you do.
- Finances and Counterparties — expense planning, supplier negotiations, cost control, salary and bonus decisions. Money is always under control.
Who You Are:
- You have managed a company or a department in furniture, interiors, design, or production — and you understand the aesthetics and clients of this market.
- You can simultaneously manage sales, people, and operations — without compromising quality in any of them.
- You build a team through trust and example, not through control and pressure.
- You are driven by growth: new partners, new projects, new opportunities.
