The key and mandatory requirement is experience in managing premium or luxury segment furniture production.

We are looking for a leader who: • has managed a full-cycle furniture or carpentry production; • has a deep understanding of woodworking and furniture manufacturing technologies; • has worked with premium materials and high quality requirements; • knows how to manage production, a team, deadlines, and the quality of the manufactured products.

Experience working according to European standards or in European manufacturing facilities will be a significant advantage.
