Director of Furniture Production

Seeking a Director of Furniture Production for one of Russia's leading premium brands.

This is not a classic furniture production. The company independently designs and manufactures premium/luxury class furniture, as well as interior elements for its own flagship boutiques.

Valuable wood species and materials from Europe and Brazil are used in production.

The key and mandatory requirement is experience in managing premium or luxury segment furniture production.

We are looking for a leader who: • has managed a full-cycle furniture or carpentry production; • has a deep understanding of woodworking and furniture manufacturing technologies; • has worked with premium materials and high quality requirements; • knows how to manage production, a team, deadlines, and the quality of the manufactured products.

Experience working according to European standards or in European manufacturing facilities will be a significant advantage.
