We are looking for a Director of Product Development who will define the product strategy and development of the key Extreme direction. responsible for the full cycle: idea → concept → development → prototypes → production → launch

Context: 3+ billion ₽ revenue 250+ employees 350 models / 3500 SKUs production at 35+ verified factories in China own R&D in Saint Petersburg directions: Fishing / Offroad / Powersports / Outdoor

Who we are looking for: A Head of Product Development with experience in apparel, gear, or outdoor products. Strong understanding of: — technologies and materials — design and manufacturing — full NPD/R&D cycle — cross-functional team management — working with factories and suppliers

And most importantly — a person who loves the product, can dive deep into technology, and is capable of transforming complex user requirements into real working solutions.
