You will work in the BrandLab department, where the team is engaged in the development and promotion of the company's brand, creating a unique identity that distinguishes the company from competitors, as well as establishing an emotional connection with consumers to attract and retain clients.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
- Manage the development of new products from idea to launch, control deadlines and key project stages
- Search for and evaluate new manufacturers, suppliers, packaging and technological solutions
- Maintain cross-functional communication with related teams
- Control product economics: receive and analyze commercial proposals, work with cost of goods sold, MOQ and production conditions, look for optimization opportunities
- Place orders and control production readiness, product release dates and the first delivery
- Manage project risks: identify potential deviations from deadlines in advance, develop solutions independently, and escalate critical issues in a timely manner
- Analyze the market, competitors, and trends, propose new products, formats, and solutions for assortment development
- Participate in the development of NPD processes: help identify systemic problems and propose changes that will reduce development time and decrease the number of recurring errors
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE:
- Similar successful experience of at least 3 years in the development of skincare cosmetic products
- Your advantage will be experience in developing cosmetic products for children and understanding safety requirements and formulations, and consumer behavior in the children's product segment
- Proficiency in English at B1-B2 level
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment, a high level of independence and initiative
