☑️ Responsibilities -Formulate the vision and strategy for managing the efficiency of goods flow movement, as well as processes for minimizing losses, defects, etc. -Develop and implement monitoring and control tools for timely delivery of goods to warehouses and stores (considering cross-docking, transit, direct deliveries). -Analyze operational processes and identify loss areas: damage during transportation, expiration of shelf life in the warehouse, excessive overstocking, picking errors. -Optimize transportation costs: select optimal logistics schemes, compare costs of different types of transport, manage carrier tariffs. -Create a transparent returns economy: reduce costs of reverse logistics, implement processes for sorting and reintroducing returned goods into circulation (with minimal value loss). -Assess the impact of your decisions on the cost price per unit of goods, inventory turnover, write-off levels, and the company's financial performance. -Manage the integration and development of electronic document management systems (EDO, EDI) with suppliers and customers: automate the exchange of orders, shipping documents, reconciliation statements. -Ensure seamless operation with marking and traceability systems: Chestny Znak, SPOT, NKT, GIIS DMDK, IS ESF — from receiving codes to removing goods from circulation, minimizing errors and fines. -Implement solutions for automatic matching of data from external systems (marking codes, customs declaration numbers, serial numbers) with internal company accounting.

☑️ Our requirements for candidates -Product manager experience of 4+ years (logistics, supply chain, or related fields). -Product approach: -Ability to independently formulate a problem, goal, and hypothesis, not just receive ready-made tasks. -Ability to build a roadmap from business and user goals, not from a list of upcoming features. -Effectively operate in conditions of uncertainty, making decisions based on data, not subjective opinions. -Understand the composition of product and individual operation economics. -Understand how to measure the effect of implementing a new tool: reducing write-offs, speeding up delivery, saving on each movement. -Ability to evaluate the effect of initiatives not only through "user convenience" but also through financial, performance, and operational indicators. -Logistics and Supply Chain: -Understand how logistics, cross-docking, inventory management, and supply chain processes work. -Familiarity with supply document flow (TORG-12, transport documents, discrepancy reports). -Understand how electronic document exchange with counterparties works (EDO, EDI). -Knowledge of the principles of operation of marking and traceability systems: Chestny Znak, SPOT, NKT. -Understand how marking affects warehouse and logistics processes: receiving, storage, shipping, withdrawal, returns.
