Designer home solutions manufacturer DECARO invites Operations Director to join the team, who will take over the management of key company processes and help reach a new level of efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Management of the full product distribution cycle: building and controlling interconnected processes of sales, procurement, warehouse logistics, and delivery to the end customer. Ensuring uninterrupted supply chain operation
- Inventory optimization: participation in assortment planning and management of product stock
- Process audit: continuous analysis of current business processes, identification of bottlenecks and "losses" (time, resources, money). Development and implementation of new work schemes that increase labor productivity
- Budgeting: creation and cascading of the operational budget, control of income and expense estimates
- Cost management: monitoring the cost structure, searching for points to reduce expenses without losing product quality
- Department coordination: ensuring effective communication and synergy between sales, procurement, logistics, marketing, and accounting departments. Uniting the "interests" of different departments into a single business goal
- Resource management: rational allocation of human, time, and material resources among current projects and operational routine
- Risk management: prompt response to non-standard situations
- Decision-making under uncertainty: rapid problem diagnosis, making balanced decisions to minimize financial losses and restore normal operating mode in the shortest possible time
Candidate Profile:
- Higher education in management, economics, business, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions
- Successful experience in business systematization
- Excellent leadership qualities, ability to effectively manage organizational change
- Analytical skills, high communication skills, ability to effectively interact with employees at different levels
- High degree of self-organization and discipline
- English language at intermediate level or higher
