Koagent Rus — we develop and produce multimedia systems, navigation, and automotive electronics, having worked with Toyota, Haval, MTS. We work with Chinese engineering teams. Active growth is underway: sites in Zelenograd and Murom are operational, a production complex in Ryazan is under construction (launch in 2026 and 2027).
Tasks
- independently build a production facility "from scratch": from premises and equipment to the first batch and series production;
- form a team (about 30 people at the start: managers, foremen, shift leaders, operators) and know how to lead it;
- make decisions without constant top-down instructions and are not afraid of uncertainty;
- quickly master new technologies. Deep engineering expertise is not required: technical support is provided by our engineering team and Chinese specialists, we will train you on the product;
- know how to negotiate: with engineers, contractors, contract manufacturers, and Chinese partners.
Requirements
- Launch of a site or line up to mass production
- Production management of 30+ people, experience in team formation
- Production of electronics, electrical engineering, instrument engineering, auto components, or high-tech mechanical engineering
- Launch of SMT lines and electronics assembly (plus)
- Understanding of automotive industry requirements
- Planning, budgeting, procurement, logistics, quality
- English Intermediate+, understanding of working with Chinese partners
- Experience managing multiple sites and bringing new products to mass production will be an advantage
