Project Manager in the R&D Engineering Department

Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordination of all stages of R&D projects: from engineering development and industrial design to pilot production and testing;
• Monitoring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality of work at all project stages;
• Ensuring effective interaction between engineers, designers, programmers, production staff, and other project participants;
• Project risk management: identifying technical and organizational problems, developing measures to eliminate them;
• Organization and control of the process of creating and testing prototypes, including laboratory and field tests; Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in managing technical projects in development and/or production;
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and practical experience in their application;
• Basic engineering knowledge in electronics, industrial design, and programming, sufficient to evaluate proposed technical solutions;
• Solid experience with CRM systems (Yandex Tracker, Jira, Bitrix24, and similar) and Gantt chart building tools (MS Project, GanttPRO, Miro, and similar);
• English language proficiency sufficient for working with international documentation and partners - will be a plus.
