Senior Logistics Specialist

Role Mission

To ensure the stable operation of the transport logistics department, supporting the achievement of operational performance indicators, the development of the transport network, and the continuity of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and achievement of key service quality indicators: SLA, CSI, OTD, etc.
• Monitor the execution of delivery schedules to stores, including replenishment, and ensure delivery timeliness.
• Organize and control the timely collection of returned goods from stores to the distribution center.
• Interact with transport companies on operational issues, monitor service quality and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• Analyze carrier KPIs, identify causes of deviations, and develop corrective actions.
• Participate in identifying opportunities for optimizing transport processes and reducing costs, negotiate tariffs and cooperation terms with carriers.
• Participate in the launch of new logistics projects, the development of existing delivery services, and the implementation of improvements.
• Analyze operational performance indicators, prepare regular reports, and formulate proposals for increasing the efficiency of logistics processes.
• Interact with related departments: e-commerce, retail network, warehouse logistics, customer service, finance, and IT.
• Search, evaluate, select, and onboard new transport partners.
• Support the Head of Department in resolving operational tasks and coordinating work with related departments and logistics partners.
• Substitute the Head of Department during their absence, ensuring stable operation of the department.
• Participate in the development of the partner network and ensure management succession.
