Commercial Director of Fulfillment for TVOE Retail Chain
The TVOE retail chain is looking for a Commercial Director.
About the company:
A 24,000 m² owned warehouse in the Chekhov district is entering the fulfillment market. Your task is to ensure its utilization, build a commercial strategy, and make the direction profitable.
Initial Tasks:
- Find and onboard clients – clothing/textiles/footwear segment on marketplaces and wholesalers with pallet storage.
- Develop a price list for services: receiving, storage (pallet space/day), order assembly (per item/per order), packaging, delivery to marketplace warehouses.
- Implement a metrics system: lead-to-client conversion, average check size, LTV, warehouse utilization rate, customer acquisition cost.
- Establish and control SLAs for order assembly (e.g., assembly of 200 units/hour per picker, shipment within X hours of order placement, assembly error rate not exceeding Y%).
Responsibilities:
- Cold outreach to clients among clothing sellers on WB/Ozon and wholesale companies with pallet storage.
- Formation of a price list and commercial terms for different volumes (small seller / large wholesale).
- Personal negotiations and deal closing.
- Setting and controlling SLAs for assembly speed and quality in collaboration with the warehouse.
- Monthly reporting on sales metrics and operational efficiency to management.
Requirements:
- B2B sales experience in fulfillment/logistics/warehouse services for 2-3 years.
- Understanding of clothing specifics: labels, "Chestny ZNAK" marking, packaging according to marketplace requirements.
- Experience with pallet storage is a plus.
- Ability to calculate unit economics of services (cost of pallet space, assembly, etc.).
