WHAT TASKS YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
- Daily monitoring of tariffs and annual negotiations for fixed discounts with agents
- Full claim cycle management (acts, registers) for violation of deadlines and loss of shipments
- Separate analysis and optimization of logistics tariffs for acquiring equipment (cash collection, delivery)
- Automation of reporting for operational and financial departments (pivot tables, dashboards)
- Personal control and prioritization of all VIP shipments, prompt notification of the client department
- Proactive risk analysis and coordination with agents during peak loads (promotions, sales)
- Weekly analysis of agent KPIs (delivery times) and development of joint plans for their improvement
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Confident user of Excel office suite (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas), Word, Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Ability to negotiate with partners
- Fluent oral and written communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience working with courier services
- Initiative, communication skills, and proactivity
