The pharmaceutical company Medipal invites a Team Lead (Shipping Department) to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Management:
- Manages employees: planning, task assignment, performance control, reporting;
- Determines labor intensity and distributes tasks (workloads) among employees;
- Recruits and adapts new employees;
- Conducts training for department specialists in working with the EIS, PIK, MIK systems, and the "Fintender EDS" electronic document management system;
Claims Handling:
- Participates in resolving incoming client claims until their final settlement;
- Interacts with clients on issues of under-delivery, defects, product returns, etc.;
- Interacts with accounting and reporting, warehouse, and transport logistics employees on issues of under-delivery, defects, product returns, etc.;
- Creates and processes discrepancy reports after sales;
- Processes product returns from clients;
- Generates requests for fund disbursement within the scope of claims;
- Prepares reasoned responses to claims jointly with the legal department;
- Analyzes the causes of claims and develops methods for their elimination.
Candidate Profile:
- Higher education;
- Experience in client service, organization of shipments to legal entities (commercial clients, government customers);
- Experience in public procurement will be an additional advantage;
- Proficient PC user, good knowledge of MS Office;
- Experience with 1C is desirable;
- Vacancy for the duration of the primary employee's absence (maternity leave).
