Aeroflot is looking for a Project Manager with Business Analysis functions, who understands the business side of the product.
The projects are related to air ticket purchases, online check-in, additional services and order payments, and other aviation industry topics.
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis and Requirements Elaboration (~50% of time):
- Communication with business stakeholders, identifying needs and gathering requirements.
- Writing functional requirements (FR) and user scenarios understandable to development.
- Task definition and decomposition, managing priorities within the project.
- Joint assessment with the client of the effect of implementation (impact on customer experience, operational metrics).
- Participation in acceptance testing — verifying that the result meets the written requirements.
Project Management (~50% of time):
- Developing the project roadmap: defining stages, key milestones, and deadlines.
- Monitoring execution and synchronizing participants (developers, analysts, designers, marketers, external contractors).
- Risk management: identifying potential problems, developing mitigation measures, escalating when necessary.
- Preparing the project charter, regular status reports, and final documentation upon launch.
- Coordinating testing and handover to operations.
Candidate Profile:
- Higher education (technical — as a plus).
- Experience from the business side is mandatory. You understand the company's and clients' needs, can discuss them argumentatively with development, but are not responsible for the product's profit and loss statement.
- 2+ years of full-cycle project management experience: from initiation to implementation and closure, including working with roadmaps and risk management.
- Business analyst skills: ability to gather and document requirements, write FR and user scenarios, define tasks in the backlog.
- Ability to communicate with distributed teams and set tasks in a technically clear manner, including in the context of microservice architecture.
- Experience interacting with internal stakeholders (IT, marketing, customer service, finance) and external contractors.
- Ability to organize acceptance testing and ensure the result corresponds to the initial requirements.
What we offer:
- Discounted air tickets for employees and their family members (50% to 90% discount).
- Office-based work at Arbat 1, hybrid option available.
- Annual paid leave + additional paid leave (42 days total).
- Additional social benefits.
- Medical care (own medical center).
- Voluntary medical insurance program (VMI with dentistry).
- Sanatorium and resort treatment.
- Children's recreation and compensation for preschool education costs.
- Corporate sports programs.
- Corporate mobile tariffs.
- Non-state pension provision.
