We are looking for a Head of B2B Product at Yandex Travel.
The team creates services that help millions of people discover the world. At Yandex Travel, we work to make trip planning simple, convenient, and inspiring. The B2B segment is a key part of the ecosystem, providing technological solutions for businesses in the tourism industry.
We are seeking an experienced product leader to take on the strategic development of the entire B2B segment. Your role will be to act as a bridge between complex technological infrastructure, the development and sales teams, and our partners, to create products that truly impact business growth. Your key goal will be to build a mature product system, define a long-term strategy, and ensure the smooth operation of teams to achieve business results.
What your tasks will be:
- Developing and implementing product strategy: you will define the overall vision for the B2B segment, form the product roadmap, and set priorities based on market analysis, data, and partner needs. Your decisions will directly impact the segment's revenue and profitability.
- Developing product processes and cross-functional interaction: you will optimize and scale processes within the product team and at the intersection with development, analytics, and sales teams. You will need to ensure effective communication so that all participants are focused on common goals.
- Managing the development of the agent product: you will lead the product direction for agents — from needs research and hypothesis formation to launch and iterations. In the role of a product manager, you will manage product development and monitor its success metrics.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as Head of Product / Product Lead
- Managed complex technological products: for example, in e-commerce, travel tech, fintech, or B2B infrastructure sectors)
- Directly responsible for the revenue and profitability of a segment or company
- Developed and implemented product strategy
- Managed a team of several product managers
- Worked with the B2B segment, agency channel, and partners
