Product Manager at traveltech company Level.Travel
Level.Travel, a traveltech company, is looking for a Product Manager for its backend and API solutions team.
Level.Travel develops a traveltech platform and an online booking service for tours and hotels without flights.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the business metrics (purchase conversion and sales) of the company's backend products: SEO product, AI tools, ML solutions, and admin panels (partner, content, etc.). Identify technological growth points to increase sales.
- Develop and improve the CJM of partners using the level.travel API and, together with the marketing team, grow sales volumes through the API.
- Together with the product managers of frontend teams, be responsible for sales and purchase conversion on the main storefronts.
- Manage the backend team's backlog, collect and prioritize product hypotheses, and form quarterly plans.
- Work extensively with data, calculate launch results, and conduct A/B experiments.
- Conduct user research: perform CustDev and other qualitative research methods.
Develop projects from the hypothesis stage to full implementation and calculation of launch impact:
- Formulate the concept.
- Develop interfaces with the designer.
- Formulate functional requirements.
- Calculate launch results with the analytics team.
Candidate Expectations:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Good understanding of backend operations, ability to communicate with developers and analysts in the same language.
- Business acumen: ability to quantify technical changes into money/conversion metrics and identify product growth points.
- Ability to analyze data and identify product growth points.
- Understanding of User Experience and CJM fundamentals, experience in conducting qualitative research (CustDev).
- Proactivity and focus on results, not process.
