Excursion booking service Sputnik8 is looking for a Product Manager.
Sputnik8 is an accredited IT company developing a service for booking excursions worldwide. They help travelers find and book experiences in 100+ countries: from classic city tours to unique local experiences.
They are currently seeking a Product Manager for the mobile app team. The team has a well-established discovery process and a UX researcher. You will work closely with a strong designer and product analyst. Your work will directly impact the company's revenue by identifying product improvements that bring value to users and implementing strategic initiatives.
What you will do:
- Conduct discovery analysis to find growth opportunities with the UX researcher, designer, and product analyst
- Generate, prioritize, and test product hypotheses through quantitative and qualitative research, as well as rapid experiments
- Design and implement proven effective solutions, taking responsibility for the growth of key metrics
- Participate in shaping the product strategy for your area and be responsible for implementing major initiatives within it
What we expect from the candidate:
- Product Manager experience of 3+ years, with at least 2 years in B2C products with a large audience
- A portfolio with real cases of product metric growth driven by self-initiated projects
- Fluent in product analytics tools, extensive experience conducting A/B tests
- Understanding of web or mobile application architecture, ability to communicate with developers on the same wavelength
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team (designer, analyst, development), set priorities, and motivate them to achieve results
It would be a plus if you have:
- Experience in Travel tech or marketplaces
- A ready-made "toolkit" of working hypotheses for travel and/or marketplaces
