Senior Product Manager Hotels
Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Product Manager Hotels is the product owner of a key B2C monetary vertical at Ostrovok: the hotel funnel.
This role involves full responsibility for how hotels are presented to the user at all stages of their journey: from search and selection to booking and payment, with a direct impact on conversion, revenue, and user experience.
The team operates at a fast pace, with short decision-making cycles and a high level of autonomy. Product decisions directly affect the financial performance of the business.
Main Tasks:
- Be responsible for the entire B2C hotel funnel products, develop it, and conduct product experiments.
- Formulate and test product hypotheses based on data, user research, and qualitative feedback.
- Optimize the user experience of hotel selection and booking, balancing the interests of users, hoteliers, and the business.
- Work with the hotel value proposition from the user interface perspective: offers, benefits, display of terms, availability, price perception.
- Collaborate closely with analytics, UX, design, and development teams, managing the full cycle from discovery to delivery.
- Together with business and analytics, define and track key product funnel metrics.
- Participate in shaping the product strategy for the hotel segment through experiments and iterative improvements.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in one of the following areas: travel tech, marketplaces, e-commerce, delivery services, taxi, or other transactional B2C platforms.
- Practical experience with A/B testing and using product analytics (Amplitude, GA, Tableau, or similar tools).
- Deep understanding of unit economics, funnel building and optimization, and conversion metrics.
- Developed product sense and the ability to make decisions based on data, user experience (UX), and business goals.
- Hands-on experience interacting with developers, designers, and analysts in creating and developing products.
- Ability to decompose complex tasks, identify the necessary MVP.
- Experience in successfully managing cross-functional and cross-domain projects.
- Analytical mindset, structured thinking, focus on measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills, experience in building effective interaction between business, marketing, and product teams.
- English language proficiency at an Intermediate (B1) level or higher – ability to conduct business correspondence and participate in meetings.
