We are looking for a Product Analytics Lead of Leads at the traveltech company Ostrovok.
What you will be doing:
- Leading analytics directions through leads
- Ensuring a consistent level of quality for analytics, metrics, and decision-making processes
- Developing interaction between analytics and business/delivery teams
- Optimizing Time-to-Market through changes in processes and approaches
- Fostering an analytical culture and reporting approaches within the company
Examples of role-level tasks:
- Developing an experimentation culture: from hypothesis design to evaluating incremental effect and business impact
- Synchronizing decisions across functions through a unified system of metrics, budgeting, and economic impact assessment
- Developing models for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing and performance channels
- Developing retention and loyalty as a cross-cutting growth driver: integrating product, marketing, and commercial mechanics (including promotions and supplier relations)
- Optimizing inventory management: linking supply (suppliers), commercial terms, and ranking/search algorithms
- Supporting the development of the B2B direction: customer economics, behavior, effectiveness
- Managing changes in analytics (tools, data, processes) considering their impact on adjacent teams
Where the complexity lies:
- Multiple business lines with different logic and metrics
- High interconnectedness: changes in one area affect others
- Need to work through leads and the system, not directly
- Balancing speed of launch with quality of decisions
Why it's interesting:
- Impact on key business metrics and economics
- Work with multiple business lines (B2C, B2B, Marketing, Commercial, Ops)
- Opportunity to scale the existing system and enhance the influence of analytics
- TravelTech as a complex and dynamic industry with many factors and dependencies
Requirements:
- 7–10 years in analytics, 2–3+ years in a Head/Lead of Leads role
- Experience managing a function (20+ people, including leads)
- Experience developing teams and scaling through processes
- Experience transforming reporting or analytical systems
- Experience building effective interaction with stakeholders and technical teams
Strong expertise in:
- Understanding the business model and company-wide metrics system
- Testing and evaluating the potential of product and business initiatives
- Unit economics and business modeling
Will be a plus:
- TravelTech/marketplace/e-commerce
- Pricing/revenue management
- B2B products
- AI-native approach
Who this is not suitable for:
- If you prefer working as an individual contributor
- If you lack experience influencing business decisions
- If you are more interested in local tasks than system development
Conditions:
- Interesting projects: creating products for travelers, travel agents, and hoteliers worldwide
- Full freedom to achieve results: flexible schedule, remote or office — you decide where and when to work
- Unconventional approach to work and a thirst for novelty, for example, solving some tasks with AI
