Product Manager (Results)
SERP (Search Engine Result Page) is the search results team that helps users choose the best flight ticket. What does 'best' mean? Cheapest? Direct flights? Visa-free? Only through a specific airport? Or maybe it would be cheaper to shift the dates? Or fly to a different location? SERP will answer these questions :)
Within SERP, there's a specific focus — Results. Searching for a flight ticket is not a one-click or one-session process: users go through dates and destinations, test combinations, and return days or weeks later before booking. The SERP Results team is responsible for the intra-session part of this journey — we help users make a purchase decision faster when they are already on the results page.
Our responsibility covers everything on the search results page: sorting (including ML), filters, ticket previews, direct flight widget, price feed. Separately, we handle the product track for flexible searches.
We are currently looking for a Product Manager for the Results team.
What you'll do
- generate and prioritize hypotheses based on data and user insights, test them, and bring them to production with the team;
- manage the product roadmap, monitor deadlines and the quality of task implementation;
- manage a dedicated product team (development, design, analytics); we don't have project managers;
- build communication with other teams;
- collect and systematize product data.
What we expect from you
- 3+ years of experience in developing B2C products;
- strong analytical foundation — the ability to independently set up and interpret product research (A/B testing, SQL, working with metrics). A background in product analytics is a big plus;
- the ability and desire to understand the technical limitations and capabilities of the product;
- black belt in communication;
- systematic approach to hypotheses: generation, prioritization, etc.;
- team and process management skills (as a reminder, we don't have project managers);
- a great love for travel and a desire to make travel better for travelers.
How we work
- from anywhere in the world: we are not tied to a location, we pay in dollars, and we love to travel;
- without bureaucracy: convenient, healthy work processes, horizontal and open communication, quick discussion of ideas and decision-making;
- compensation: voluntary medical insurance, psychotherapy or foreign language courses, sports activities, and sick leave;
- on a paradise island: you can work from Phuket with an ocean view.
