JanaPost is looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong experience in courier delivery / last-mile / logistics.

We need someone who has already worked with a courier product and understands delivery not only from an interface perspective but also has a deep understanding of operational processes, delivery economics, and courier operations.

Key Responsibilities:

— End-to-end courier delivery product development; — Improvement of order assignment and distribution processes; — Development of Express, Same Day, Next Day, and other delivery scenarios; — Optimization of routing and order batching; — Increasing the number of orders per courier; — Reducing cost per delivery; — Working on SLA, on-time delivery, and delivery success rate; — Development of the application and internal tools for couriers; — Handling returns, cancellations, and problematic deliveries; — Building analytics and product metrics; — Integrations with marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and logistics partners; — Scaling the product to new cities and markets.

What's important:

— Product Manager work experience; — Mandatory practical experience in courier delivery, last-mile, logistics, marketplace, e-commerce, food delivery, or quick commerce; — Understanding of unit economics for delivery; — Experience with metrics such as cost per delivery, courier utilization, orders per courier, SLA, cancellation rate, and delivery success rate; — Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions; — Ability to deeply dive into operational processes; — Ability to independently form a roadmap, identify growth areas, and bring initiatives to measurable results.

We are looking for not just a Product Manager who will manage a backlog. We need a strong individual who understands courier delivery as a full-fledged business, can identify process bottlenecks, and systematically improve JanaPost's delivery speed, quality, and economics.
