Transport and logistics company with its own IT platform is looking for a CEO.
The company provides services to major industrial enterprises in the country: they organize cargo transportation by all modes of transport, automate logistics, and help reduce cost of goods sold. At its core are proprietary digital solutions: a logistics platform for main-haul transportation. This is an in-house development that grew from a corporate tool into a full-fledged IT product for the B2B freight market.
Responsibilities:
- Development of the IT platform and products, searching for new approaches and opportunities in the market.
- Launching new services and offerings.
- Analysis of key economic indicators and industry trends to develop a business development strategy.
- Development of long-term and short-term plans in line with the company's strategic goals.
- Building systems for working with customers, carriers, and partners.
- Risk assessment and proposal of measures for their reduction, as well as monitoring their implementation.
- Formation and management of a team.
Requirements:
- Experience in CEO positions at successful product startups, or CPO in large fintech/e-commerce companies.
- Proven success in launching and developing services and products in technology companies, marketplaces, e-commerce, both at the startup level and in large businesses. Readiness to confirm successful experience in previous jobs.
- Successful experience in building business processes and working with a team.
- Results orientation, proactivity, and a high level of self-organization.
- Financial literacy, knowledge of enterprise economics, understanding of financial and economic indicators.
- Entrepreneurial experience will be an advantage.
