EUROCLIMA RUS GC invites the Director of Engineering and Technical Development for the Group of Companies (Director of Engineering).

We are not looking for a technical director in the classic sense. We are looking for a leader who can form a unified engineering system for the Group of Companies. Today, EUROCLIMA RUS combines its own production of climate equipment, supply of complex engineering solutions, design, implementation of complex projects, installation, and maintenance.

❗ This is a fundamental criterion for us ❗ We are exclusively searching among leaders in our industry market:

• HVAC
• Engineering systems
• Industrial equipment
• Industrial engineering
• EPC/EPCM

🎯 Proven experience is required:

• Managing the engineering function of a manufacturing or manufacturing-engineering company
• Building or transforming the engineering function of a business
• Managing engineering departments that combine design, production, project implementation, and service
• Developing and implementing engineering standards, technical regulations, and unified approaches to engineering activities
• Interacting with commercial departments, production, design bureau, project, and service departments
• Organizing technical expertise for complex engineering projects
• Managing engineering quality, technical changes, and warranty activities
• Managing an engineering organization through heads of departments

⚠️ We do not consider candidates whose experience is limited exclusively to working in the role of:

• Chief Engineer of an enterprise
• Technical Director of a manufacturing plant
• Chief Designer
• Head of a project department
• Head of a service department For this role, experience in creating, developing, and managing the engineering system of a business is fundamental.

💼 Main tasks:

• Development and implementation of the engineering strategy for the Group of Companies
• Formation of unified engineering policy and technical standards
• Development of engineering support for sales
• Development of interaction between production, design, project implementation, and service
• Functional management of engineering departments within the Group companies
• Development of the product line in collaboration with production and the design bureau
• Creation of a system for managing engineering quality
• Development of engineering competencies and a corporate knowledge base
• Implementation of modern engineering technologies and digital solutions
• Participation in the strategic development of the business in conjunction with the owners
