We are looking for a technical leader who will take responsibility for equipment reliability, engineering infrastructure, and the technical development of the manufacturing enterprise.

Key Tasks: — Management of operation, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO); — Reduction of emergency downtimes and improvement of equipment reliability; — Management of engineering infrastructure; — Implementation of modernization and CAPEX projects; — Formation and control of the technical budget; — Leadership of the engineering and technical team.

Requirements: — Higher technical education; — 5–7 years of engineering experience in manufacturing; — 3–5 years in a managerial position; — Experience in managing repairs and the technical service; — Experience in implementing modernization projects.

Will be an advantage: experience in polymer, packaging, chemical, or other technologically complex production, as well as knowledge of TPM / Reliability / Predictive Maintenance.

We are looking for a leader who can see the connection between equipment reliability, productivity, costs, and business results.
