Manufacturer Mareven Food Central (Rollton and BIGBON) is looking for a Technical Director for Production Automation
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a strategy for automation and technical development of production sites
- Audit of equipment and production processes, identification of bottlenecks, formation of a project roadmap
- Management of production line modernization projects and CAPEX projects implementation
- Implementation of modern solutions in the field of automation, robotics, industrial analytics, and artificial intelligence
- Integration of production equipment with PLC, SCADA, MES, ERP, and other digital systems
- Improvement of equipment reliability, automation level, productivity, and product quality
- Management of engineering teams, contractors, budgets, deadlines, and production risks
- Development of unified technical standards and replication of best solutions across production sites
Requirements:
- Higher technical education
- Experience in automation, industrial engineering, or technical development of production enterprises
- Experience in managing engineering or project teams for over 5 years
- Practical experience in implementing large-scale projects for modernizing production lines, launching new production facilities, or CAPEX projects
- Experience in FMCG, food industry, or other high-speed production environments
- Expert knowledge in industrial automation, PLC, SCADA, MES, ERP, industrial networks, and production control systems
- Knowledge of modern production practices: Lean, TPM, OEE, SMED, 5S, RCA
- Experience in implementing digital solutions, industrial analytics, and AI will be an advantage
- Ability to manage change, build cross-functional interaction, and make decisions based on the economic efficiency of projects
- Skill in programming key PLCs
