Vacancy: Director of Industrial Construction
Key Focus
Implementation of large investment projects in the industrial sector: oil and gas and petrochemical production, energy facilities, processing plants and finished product manufacturing, logistics and engineering infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Full cycle of industrial construction management from feasibility studies and design/estimate documentation to obtaining commissioning permits and handover to operation.
- Control of budgets of 10+ billion rubles and production schedules – ensuring deadlines and quality of construction and installation work.
- Organization of construction and installation works for industrial buildings and structures: foundation and monolithic structure installation, metal frame assembly, utility networks, technological pipelines, metering units, etc.
- Coordination of technological equipment and materials & equipment (MTR) supplies – working with Russian and foreign manufacturers.
- Interaction with the client, design supervision and technical supervision, Rostekhnadzor – obtaining certificates of conformity (ZOS), permits, supporting inspections.
- Implementation of construction control and quality management systems – risk minimization, claims management with contractors.
Our Requirements (Mandatory)
- Experience in managing industrial construction sites for at least 10 years, including at least 3 years in the position of "Project Manager" / "Construction Director".
- Completed industrial projects with a budget of 10 billion rubles or more (petrochemicals, oil refining, energy, gas chemistry, mining, metallurgy – one or more areas).
- Experience working on the Technical Customer and/or General Contractor side (EPC, EPCM).
- Ability to manage contracting organizations (construction, installation, specialized), including contract control, closing out of forms KS-2, KS-3.
- Knowledge of regulatory documents in industrial construction (SNiP, SP, GOST, PUE, Rostekhnadzor rules).
- Higher technical education (construction, energy, mechanical engineering).
- Readiness for relocation to the site.
Will be an advantage
- Experience in nuclear power, petrochemicals (SIBUR, Gazprom, Rosatom, etc.).
- Skills in building a project team "from scratch" and creating mobile production bases on site.
- Industrial safety certification (A1, B1.11, etc.).
- Awards, membership in NOSTROY, publications, recommendations from clients.
