– EPC Business

Key Responsibilities • Leadership of strategic development and operational management of the EPC division. • Control of the full lifecycle of EPC projects: from pre-sales and tenders to execution and delivery. • Direct responsibility for P&L, gross margin, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow. • Management of a portfolio of complex EPC projects with a total value exceeding $500 million USD. • Business development, commercial negotiation, contract management, and risk mitigation. • Creation and scaling of operational structures, resource optimization, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget. • Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and maintenance of strong relationships with key clients, partners, and subcontractors. • Ensuring compliance with quality, HSE, contractual obligations, and applicable Russian and international standards.

Candidate Requirements • Over 10 years of experience in the EPC industry, including at least 10 years in a large international EPC company. • Proven experience in managing EPC projects and portfolios with a total value exceeding $500 million USD. • Direct responsibility for P&L, cash flow, project profitability, and commercial results. • Demonstrated ability to build and scale operational organizations and lead large multidisciplinary teams. • Higher education in engineering, construction management, or a related field. • Deep knowledge of EPC contracts, FIDIC, risk management, and project management methodologies. • Fluent in English. • Willingness to travel to project sites in Russia and abroad.
