Oil & Gas Associate

__ Oil & Gas Associate (2–4 PQE)- Leading international Law Firm - Abu Dhabi or Dubai__ *

I’m currently working with a highly regarded international firm looking to expand its Oil & Gas team, with an opportunity for an Associate to join an established practice advising major energy clients on complex, high-value matters.

The team works with some of the region’s most significant energy players, offering exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to develop a strong profile in the Middle East energy market.

The Opportunity: • Join a well-established Oil & Gas practice with experienced partners and senior lawyers. • Advise major international energy clients on a broad range of commercial and contractual matters. • Gain exposure to oilfield services contracts, drilling rig agreements, EPC contracts and project management consultancy arrangements. • Develop your expertise on complex energy projects and commercial transactions. • Build your regional experience within a leading international platform, with genuine opportunities for professional development.

The Ideal Candidate: • 2–4 PQE for the Associate position. • A qualified lawyer with a genuine interest and experience in Oil & Gas work. • Experience with oilfield contracts, drilling rigs, EPC or PMC arrangements would be particularly advantageous. • Candidates from international and regional firms are welcome, with lawyers from established energy practices especially encouraged to apply. • Middle East experience is not essential, making this an excellent opportunity for lawyers looking to enter the regional market.

The team is open to candidates based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, with flexibility around working arrangements.
