COO / PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a project manager to lead the company's projects from start to completion and to build relationships between the office, engineers, and construction teams.

🛠 Key Tasks: • Project management at all stages, from inception to completion. • Coordination of design and construction teams. • Monitoring of schedules and deadlines. • Control of material supplies. • Resolution of operational and site-related issues. • Interaction with the office, engineers regarding permits, designers, and other stakeholders. • Preparation of reports, schedules, trackers, and progress summaries. • Identification of risks and delays and timely information dissemination.

📋 What's Important: • Experience in construction project management • Experience in team leadership and working with contractors. • English and Russian languages
