Good day. My name is Dmitry, I am the founder of Infra24. We carry out dismantling and diamond cutting work throughout the Russian Federation. We have experience working with enterprises such as: Samolet, MR, LSR, RusHydro, NLMK, Stroytransgaz, RZD.

Our organization began its operations at the end of 2017 and continues to win tenders and perform work on sites to this day.

Our main specialization is dismantling work using impact and non-impact methods. We possess our own material and technical base and a staff of specialists.

For this type of work, we are looking for a specialist who will handle two blocks (PTO and Procurement):

• develop a project execution plan (PEP), prepare for site work after contract signing, systematize information on work progress, compile a full set of as-built documentation for completed work, visit the site and obtain all necessary signatures for submitting work volumes for payment. This will also involve interaction with customers and employees, participation in site meetings, and sending daily reports.
• analyze the supplier/contractor market, correctly format monitoring results for decision-making, systematize accounting in procurement, purchasing, hiring of suppliers and contractors, ensure timely logistics and delivery of materials/equipment/personnel to sites, ensure document flow with counterparties, obtain approvals from relevant authorities, form and upload necessary documents into the document management systems of counterparties and authorities, forward potential candidates for interviews, and organize employee business trips.

In other words, we need a proactive specialist who can effectively manage the processes of as-built documentation and work provision to ensure compliance with internal company regulations, timely completion of contractual work, and customer satisfaction with the company's results.

It may be necessary to work on several sites simultaneously, so you need to be prepared for travel, including business trips to various regions. All coordination is done via an application, which you will get access to after employment. This vacancy implies full-time employment with travel; 80% of our sites are in Moscow and Moscow Oblast.
