We are looking for an Operational / Project Manager 💜

We need someone who, after a meeting, not only saves the notes but makes sure that everything agreed upon actually happens. If you love bringing order to chaos, can keep many tasks in mind, and are not afraid to ask "what about our deadline?" for the second, third, and fourth time – it seems we are on the same path :)

What you will do: — turn agreements into clear tasks with an owner and deadline; — ensure tasks are moving forward and not getting stuck between teams; — coordinate Product, Marketing, CRM, Payments, Analytics, and other functions; — foresee blockers and risks and help to resolve them; — keep product documentation in order; — gradually take full control of individual processes and projects.

Who we are looking for: An independent and systematic person with strong ownership and follow-up, who can structure chaos, doesn't get lost in a large amount of context, and comes not only with a problem but also with potential solutions. Experience in Operations / Project Management / Product Operations, digital products, and cross-functional teams will be a plus. An additional plus is experience working with African markets and understanding the specifics of the region. English is required for work communication.
