Our main focus is payment infrastructure for businesses and money transfer processing.
We are looking for a Project Manager to help optimize internal processes, coordinate team work, and achieve concrete results with important changes.
Responsibilities: • Coordinate employee work and monitor task completion; • Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements; • Implement new regulations, tools, and work standards; • Work with KPIs, metrics, and operational reporting; • Help systematize team work and increase its efficiency; • Interact directly with owners and heads of departments.
Requirements: • Experience in project management, team management, or managing a specific area; • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize; • Ability to work with numbers, tables, and indicators; • Initiative, independence, and results-orientation; • Willingness to deeply engage in processes and take responsibility for their improvement.
Will be a plus: experience in FinTech / Payments / Crypto / IT, business process optimization, and KPI implementation.
