Changellenge >> is a strategic HR partner for the largest companies working with talented youth. We create case championships, leadership programs, and Employer Branding projects for leading employers. Now we are looking for a Project Manager to implement projects for employer brand development and corporate culture.

🔸 What we expect from you: – At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager (mandatory in creative/branding/research areas) – Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, primarily in agency-format companies – Ability to build communication with clients and the team – Responsibility, quick-wittedness, and result-orientation

🔸 Will be a plus: – Experience with Employer Branding projects – English language at B2 level

🔸 What you will be doing: – Implementing turn-key Employer Branding projects – Developing EVP (Employer Value Proposition) – Conducting employer brand research with analysts and sociologists – Launching marketing projects to promote the employer brand – Coordinating the work of a cross-functional team – Planning project timelines, setting technical specifications, and maintaining a project log – Building long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships
