IT Project Manager — Alif Pakistan

Alif Tech is an international fintech company operating in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Pakistan, the UK, and the UAE. We are looking for an IT Project Manager to coordinate the work of the Scrum team, manage sprints and releases, build processes, and ensure timely product delivery.

What we expect from you: — 1–2 years of PM experience in Scrum teams; — Understanding of development processes and feature lifecycle; — Proficient in Scrum and task trackers (Linear/Jira); — Experience interacting with developers and QA; — Skills in working with team metrics; — Strong communication and organizational skills; — Excellent command of Russian and English languages. Experience in IT/fintech, working with distributed teams, and basic understanding of Git and CI/CD will be a plus.
