Ayan Capital is a British fintech company creating Sharia-compliant financial products. We are building a digital platform for banking services and pay special attention to the quality of financial operations and the reliability of integrations.
We are looking for an IT Project Manager who will help our teams manage development: from discussing ideas and planning to launch and further product improvements.
What you will be doing
- Work with stakeholders and teams on project goals: clarify the desired outcome, scope of work, and constraints.
- Develop a plan, agree on deadlines and priorities, and monitor the execution of agreements.
- Coordinate the work of development, QA, design, product, and other project participants.
- Help the team receive timely decisions and information needed for their work.
- Track task dependencies, identify risks in advance, and propose solutions.
- Conduct working meetings, document decisions, and ensure all participants have a common understanding of the next steps.
- Regularly report to stakeholders on progress, plan changes, and emerging challenges.
- After launch, gather feedback and help the team plan improvements.
What is important to us
- Experience in IT project management: you understand the development stages and have successfully delivered projects or significant tasks.
- Ability to understand requirements, ask clarifying questions, and transform agreements into a clear work plan.
- Skill in working with multiple teams and stakeholders, especially when they have different priorities.
- Ability to monitor deadlines and work quality while maintaining calm and open communication.
- Proficient Russian and English for work discussions and correspondence.
Experience in fintech, banking, or with payment products will be a plus. Experience interacting with distributed teams will also be beneficial.
