Looking for a Junior Project Manager in Payments

A little about us: Tez is a neobank, the digital branch of Hamkorbank and part of the international fintech ecosystem Fintech Farm. We operate under Hamkorbank's banking license and are building modern digital banking in Uzbekistan.

And now we are strengthening the Payments team and looking for a Junior PM. It is important for us that the candidate already has a background in fintech or banking and, most importantly, a real understanding and interest in developing specifically in the payments direction. The role will involve a lot of immersion in payment processes, interaction with the development team, and working with tasks within the department.

What we'd like to see: — from 1 year of experience in Project Management / Business Analysis / System Analysis; — experience interacting with a development team; — understanding of sprints, grooming, and how the development process generally works; — Jira or other task trackers — attention to deadlines, figures, and details; — independence and a desire to understand the product.

And it won't just be about "moving tasks" 👀

You will have to communicate a lot with development, coordinate priorities, accept implemented tasks, monitor deadlines and risks, understand customer problems, and work with payment process metrics.
