We're Hiring: Project Manager

📍 Location: Georgia

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. You will work with multiple teams, track progress across product development activities, and help ensure that everything moves forward according to established processes and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Track project progress and coordinate activities across multiple teams.
• Monitor tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Keep Jira boards and tasks accurate and up to date.
• Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and other regular activities.
• Follow up with teams to ensure tasks are progressing as expected.
• Identify blockers, delays, and potential risks, escalating them when necessary.
• Prepare clear and structured progress updates.
• Follow established processes and maintain effective communication between teams.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in IT project management or a similar role.
• Good practical knowledge of Jira, including tasks, boards, and workflows.
• Basic understanding of software development processes.
• Fluent Georgian is mandatory.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, as English is our main communication language.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
