📍__for a small operating refinery in West Africa (relocation)__

only with 15+ years of experience in downstream – crude oil processing and production of gasoline, diesel, naphtha, kerosene, fuel oil

We need a leader with practical experience in an oil refinery – direct experience managing 24/7 operations of primary oil processing units, refinery operations. It is important that the candidate has a good understanding of the operation of technological units, participated in the launch, stabilization, and optimization of production, and can effectively coordinate Production, Technical, and Maintenance functions.

!!! Fluent Russian and English languages are required for business communication;

— readiness for relocation and rotational work format in West Africa for 12 months with the prospect of contract extension.

❗️ ❗️ ❗️ Important: the position is intended exclusively for specialists from downstream/refining – oil processing.

Conditions and compensation are discussed individually. Relocation support, accommodation, flights, insurance, and a rotational schedule with home leave 2-3 times a year are provided.
