Head of Development
📍Developer company, residential and commercial real estate | St. Petersburg, 500K+ bonuses | direct work with shareholders
Key responsibilities:
- Development of the company's land bank. Management of acquired lots. Search and purchase of plots for residential construction. Interaction with landowners and banks.
- Work with government bodies: representative functions, participation in hearings.
- Functional development and analytical work. Systematization of existing practices, optimization of cross-functional interaction.
Our expectations:
- Confirmed experience in developing a land bank in a development company by closing large deals (1-2 billion ₽+)
- Understanding the specifics of the construction industry and the markets of St. Petersburg and the Moscow region, knowledge of the realities of developers' activities in these regions, awareness of the most significant current and prospective projects of competitors.
- Ability to work effectively in a "culture of common sense", proactivity. Experience in direct work with business owners will be a significant plus.
- High level of stress resistance, social courage, ability to conduct complex negotiations with high-status counterparties.
Work schedule: office 5/2 (center of St. Petersburg) or hybrid. Full remote work is not provided. Relocation is possible.
