Head of Development

📍Development company, residential and commercial real estate | St. Petersburg, 500K+ bonuses | direct work with shareholders

**Key tasks: **

• Development of the company's land bank. Management of acquired lots. Search and purchase of plots for residential construction. Interaction with landowners and banks.
• Work with government bodies: representative functions, participation in hearings.
• Development of the function and analytical work. Systematization of existing practices, optimization of cross-functional interaction.

Our expectations:

• Proven experience in developing a land bank in a development company through major deals (1-2 billion ₽+)
• Understanding the specifics of the construction industry and the market of St. Petersburg and the Moscow region, knowledge of the realities of developers' operations in these regions, awareness of the most notable current and prospective projects of competitors.
• Ability to work effectively in a "common sense culture", proactivity. Experience working directly with business owners will be a significant plus.
• High level of stress resistance, social boldness, ability to conduct complex negotiations with high-status counterparties.

Work schedule: Office 5/2 (center of St. Petersburg) or hybrid. Full remote work is not provided. Relocation is possible. Bonus schemes are discussed with finalists
