St. Petersburg, 500K+ bonuses
Direct work with shareholders.
Key tasks:
- Development of the company's land bank. Management of acquired lots. Search and purchase of plots for residential construction. Interaction with landowners and banks.
- Work with government bodies: representative functions, participation in hearings.
- Function development and analytical work. Systematization of current practices, optimization of cross-functional interaction.
Our expectations:
- Proven experience in developing a land bank in a development company by closing large deals (1-2 billion ₽+).
- Understanding of the specifics of the construction industry and the market of St. Petersburg and the Moscow region, knowledge of the realities of developers' activities in these regions, awareness of the most notable current and prospective competitor projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a "culture of common sense", proactivity. Experience working directly with business owners will be a significant plus.
- High level of stress resistance, social boldness, ability to conduct complex negotiations with high-status counterparties.
Work schedule: office 5/2 (St. Petersburg center) or hybrid. Full remote work is not provided. Relocation is possible.
