🔹 About the Position The CRM Manager is responsible for supporting the sales department, monitoring the quality of managers' work, and ensuring compliance with communication standards with clients. The specialist analyzes calls, identifies errors, and helps improve work processes and client service quality.

🔹 Your Tasks • Support sales managers in their daily work and assist in resolving emerging issues • Monitor the quality of managers' work and adherence to established communication standards with clients • Prepare feedback based on call review results • Interact with the sales department to improve work processes

🔹 What is Especially Important to Us • English language from B2 • Experience with CRM systems will be a significant advantage • Confident command of Microsoft Office
