Development company (residential and commercial real estate) is looking for a Development Director.
Key tasks:
- Development of the company's land bank. Management of acquired lots. Search and purchase of land plots for residential construction. Interaction with landowners and banks
- Work with government agencies: representative functions, participation in hearings
- Function development and analytical work. Systematization of existing practices, optimization of cross-functional interaction
Candidate expectations:
- Proven experience in developing a land bank in a development company by closing large deals (1-2 billion ₽+)
- Understanding of the specifics of the construction industry and the market of St. Petersburg and the Moscow region, knowledge of the realities of developers' activities in these regions, awareness of the most significant current and prospective projects of competitors
- Ability to work effectively in a "culture of common sense", proactivity. Experience of direct work with business owners will be a significant plus
- High level of stress resistance, social courage, ability to conduct complex negotiations with high-status counterparties
Conditions:
- Work schedule: office 5/2 (center of St. Petersburg) or hybrid. Full remote is not provided. Relocation is possible
