Responsibilities:
- Manage sales in Yekaterinburg
- Manage the operational activities of the unit
- Maintain effective communication with clients and external partners to ensure successful project implementation
- Support and implement sales of products and services in the area of responsibility
- Support and implement document flow in the area of responsibility
Skills and experience:
- Deep knowledge of the residential real estate market, including segmentation by classes, types, and locations, key factors affecting property value and liquidity
- Knowledge and skills in launching sales offices and spaces
- Knowledge and application of customer service quality management methodologies in the unit (communication standards, quality control of customer interactions, handling complaints and feedback)
- Knowledge of sales planning methodologies for employees and the ability to achieve their execution
- Skills in analyzing the competitive environment: monitoring competitor offers, deal terms, and customer experience, preparing recommendations for adjusting product, pricing, and service policies based on analysis
- Skills in developing subordinates in terms of expert client consulting on real estate market issues, mortgage programs, services, and company customer service standards
- Understanding of the sales funnel and key performance metrics
