A full-cycle developer Glavstroy Moscow is looking for a Head of Contact Center to build a team of 4 people from scratch and establish an effective customer acquisition system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building a team from scratch: from hiring to onboarding 4 sales managers
- Hands-on training: personal responsibility for training the department
- Implementing a transparent accounting system: monitoring manager workload and quality of inbound/outbound traffic processing
- Analytics and Efficiency: end-to-end conversion analysis (call → meeting), analysis of reasons for rejections, and prompt adjustment of the department's actions based on data
Candidate Requirements:
- Successful sales experience (real estate experience is a plus)
- Experience managing a small team (from 2 people) and a clear understanding of how to build a department from scratch
- Ability to work with analytics: you know which metrics affect results and can calculate them
- High personal responsibility for team results
