We are a fast-growing accredited IT company developing a digital platform that connects participants in the individual housing construction (IHC) market and helps automate financing, lending, construction support, and interaction processes between all parties. The company is actively scaling, launching large advertising campaigns, and strengthening its B2B segment. We are currently looking for a strong B2B sales lead. This is a "player-coach" position, where you will not only develop sales independently but also participate in shaping a full-fledged commercial department in the future.
What you will be doing: • Developing the company's B2B segment with a focus on contractors and partners in the IHC market • Building and scaling sales processes for a complex digital product • Working with the existing client base and developing new acquisition channels • Conducting cold calls, follow-up communications, and negotiations with clients • Interacting with contractors, construction companies, financial partners, and banks • Closely collaborating with PR, Marketing, Product, and Onboarding teams • Forming KPIs, participating in the defense and management of the segment's results • Gradually participating in the building and development of the sales team
What is important to us: • B2B sales experience of 4+ years in digital / fintech / proptech / banking / SaaS sales • Experience selling complex digital products or business process systems • Practical experience working with small and medium-sized businesses • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle: from cold contact to deal closing • Experience working with contractors, partners, corporate clients, or the banking sector will be an advantage • Ability to work in a fast-growing environment where processes and the team are actively being formed • Experience in setting, achieving, and defending KPIs
Will be an advantage: • Experience in IHC / construction / contracting business • Experience interacting with the banking sector or credit products • Understanding of the construction financing market • Experience implementing CRM / business process / SaaS systems
Work format: • Full-time • Office-based work is mandatory at the start (offices in St. Petersburg and Moscow), hybrid thereafter
