Our client is a major development player with large-scale projects planned until 2028 in the Volga and Ural regions. The company is currently revising its product strategy, and we are looking for a leader who can bring a fresh perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy — development and implementation of a growth strategy, diversification of the product line to enhance competitiveness.
- Operational Management — full cycle of development projects: from concept to commissioning.
- Team Management — leadership of the classic developer structure, sales and marketing block.
- Stakeholder Interaction — working with a pool of hired general contractors, banks, investors, and government agencies.
- Financial Control — management of development economics, budgeting.
Key Expertise:
- Experience managing a specialized developer or a large development project in a position no lower than Executive / Operations Director.
- Experience commissioning housing with a volume of over 200,000 sq. m per year.
- Product knowledge in the Comfort / Comfort+ segment.
- Strong strategic and leadership qualities, ability to act as an initiator and propose innovative solutions.
- Higher construction education (Civil Engineering).
- Important: Willingness to relocate to a million-plus city in the Volga and Ural regions.
